Teen Meditation

This workshop is a crash course in mindfulness and meditation, and is packed full of tips, techniques, and exercises that will help teens navigate high school and college. The workshop provides strategies for boosting energy, balancing emotions, and cultivating happiness. The workshop also includes techniques for improving test scores, excelling in college or career interviews, and reducing stress. The format is breath, intention, tools, and meditation. Bringing a journal or notebook and something to write with is always encouraged.

Calibrate Your Life

Calibrate Your Life is a six week workshop that serves as a foundational platform from which to begin or deepen your meditation practice. The workshop will provide you with tools to better navigate life, techniques to reduce stress, and perspective to more fully enjoy your blessings. Intention, integrity, attracting change, compassion, power of 3, and suspended consciousness are the six themes for each one hour session. The format for each session is breath, intention, tools, and meditation. Bringing a journal or notebook and something to write with is always encouraged.

Cultivating Happiness

Cultivating Happiness is a six week workshop that presents the pursuit of happiness in a whole new way. Happiness is a practice, just like yoga and meditation are practices. Studies show that happier people are more motivated, efficient, resilient, and creative. This workshop will provide you with a new mindset, repeatable techniques, and customized meditations for you to cultivate your own happiness practice. The format for each session is breath, intention, tools, and meditation. Bringing a journal or notebook and something to write with is always encouraged.

Mindfulness for Educators

This workshop is a comprehensive introduction to incorporating mindfulness and meditation into your life as well as into your classroom. This course is packed full of tips, techniques, and exercises that will help you navigate and mitigate stress, both personally and professionally. The workshop provides strategies for boosting energy, balancing emotions, mindful pauses, and cultivating happiness. The format is breath, intention, tools, and meditation. Bringing a journal or notebook and something to write with is always encouraged.
