Private Reflection Session – Virtual

A private reflection session offers you the opportunity to gain clarity on any blocks you may have, to align with something you would like to attract in your life, or to explore meditation in a private setting. The format will be customized to meet your specific needs and will include breath, intention, tools, and meditation. Bringing a journal or notebook and something to write with is always encouraged.

Meditation Circle – In Person or Virtual

A meditation circle is a nurturing, group format from which to begin, deepen, or simply explore your meditation practice. This experience will provide you with tools to better navigate life, techniques to reduce stress, and perspective to more fully enjoy your blessings. The circle will include breath work, intention setting, mindfulness tools, and guided meditation. Bringing a journal or notebook and something to write with is always encouraged.
