Mindfulness Mini – Decision Mudra

I am not a product of my circumstances. I am a product of my decisions.

MUDRAS for Body, Mind and Spirit
by Gertrud Hirschi

This mudra resolves emotional and mental tension, formally known as the Naga Mudra. Form this mudra and find your breath. With your question or situation in mind, hold the mudra for a few moments in front of your forehead and then for a few moments in front of your heart. The corresponding affirmation is as follows:

I decide with a clear head and a benevolent heart.

        1. So I’m not positive that it was your intention, but that was a clever joke! 🙂 If it was not a joke, that’s to be expected because mindfulness is a practice, not a mastery. Full credit for practicing! 🙂

    1. I think the intent is to make the decision mindful and heartfelt. I think your suggestion is lovely, the chakras are there, that intention could easily be added. 🙂
