Mindfulness Mini – Intuition Mudra

This is the shell mudra for intuition, formally known as Skankh Mudra. This mudra is believed to cultivate inner calm and harmony and to heighten your intuition. To achieve the mudra, your right hand will clasp your left thumb. The right hand represents a seashell, and the left thumb represents a pearl. I use this mudra in meditation and contemplation by placing it over my third eye or heart chakra and then asking myself mostly yes, no questions. With this mudra, I feel the intuitive answers come more easily, clearly, and quickly.

It is my intention that this mudra helps you to cultivate a stronger relationship with your intuition so you can live in harmony with the flow of the universe and the rhythm of your soul.

  2. Thanks for sharing ❀️I will try this today during morning meditation after I finish my cup of tea🍡I am trying to increasingly live in flow, as I think I lost the path a little as life got too hectic and busy. It is sad how easy it is to accidentally drown out the inner voice of intuition…
