Mindfulness Mini – More of This

Every time you appreciate something, every time you praise something, every time you feel good about something, you are telling the universe, “More of this, please. More of this, please.”

Come to your Yoga Breath and then

  • Think about something that worked well for you recently or in the past.
  • Express gratitude towards something or someone in your life.
  • Think about something or someone that brings you great joy.

The most important part of this exercise is to stay with the thought long enough to feel the emotion.
